An exciting HR Business Partner opportunity is available within Randstad?s Internal HR Division, initially on a 12 month contract to be based in Sydney. Reporting to the HR Director in Melbourne, this is a hands-on HR Generalist role in which you will support and partner with senior-level stakeholders across our business in NSW, ACT and QLD, so some travel will be required.

Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of HR strategies and the management of core human resources functions and processes. You will provide solutions to ER/IR issues and performance management cases.?Your previous team management experience will enable you to lead the NSW team and be a mentor in the HR Directors absence.?
